"My biggest mistake with this company..."
I really regret my choice to deal with them when it comes to testing. Not only are they super rude, but they also won’t return the 214 bucks they wrongfully took from my account, after already snatching 398 from me due to some so-called 'conversion error.' Getting back the 398 took me five phone calls and two weeks. They flat out refused to return the 214. Seriously, steer clear of this organization; they’ll take your cash and act like it’s no big deal.

"At Last, I Feel Whole"
After a long time looking, I finally tracked down my biological father, and I can confidently say it’s definitely him. I heard about International Bioscience through a friend on Facebook who had used their DNA testing service. So, I decided to give them a shot. The results came back super fast! I’d totally recommend this company. They’ve got great customer service, the process is straightforward, and their responses are quick. I’m over the moon that the final piece of my puzzle has been confirmed and found! :)

"International Biosciences: Consistently Reliable"
A buddy of mine suggested International Biosciences for my relationship testing. When I reached out during the Covid-19 pandemic, they went above and beyond, even with all offices shut down (working from home). I found email communication to be super helpful. "Fantastic Customer Experience"
After browsing several sites, I picked this one because the cost was fair and the info was clear. My pup is a rescue mix, and while I believed she had a good bit of collie in her, I was curious about her other breeds. The testing kit showed up in just two days, and I got updates via email about its arrival. The results were sent to me by email within the promised timeframe. All in all, I was super happy and quite impressed.

"The baby gender test was incorrect"
The baby gender test was incorrect. They said I was having a boy, but I'm actually having a girl. Plus, their email responses were pretty rude and they didn’t communicate well. I asked for the lab results twice, but never got anything. Honestly, I think they just tossed my test aside and made a wild guess.

"This company is super professional!"
I gotta say, this company is really professional and super helpful. When my test kit went missing in the mail, they sent me a replacement, which I truly appreciated. The results were thorough and came with great advice on managing allergies. I was taken aback by what I found out. For ages, I thought my dog was allergic to beef and maybe some other red meats. Now I finally understand why the itching never went away, no matter what I tried. Turns out, rabbit, shellfish, and soy were all positive for me. Now I have a clear idea of what to steer clear of! I’d totally recommend this company.

"Looking for a DNA test for my rescue pup."
I was on the hunt for a DNA testing site for my mixed breed rescue pup. Int'l Biosciences popped up at the top of my search, and the info along with how user-friendly the website was convinced me to get a kit. Notifications and updates via email were quick and spot on, and I received the results well before the two-week mark. The breeds were a bit of a surprise, but I had guessed three of them correctly, so I'm really pleased with both the outcome and the service. I'd totally recommend this!

"Glad to endorse"
I'm really pleased with the service that assisted me in figuring out the breed of my (unknown) dog! There was a bit of a hold-up and some mix-up due to a courier issue, as it got lost in transit, but everything was resolved quickly and the customer service was quite prompt. The picture on the certificate was a lovely addition! Thanks a bunch. :)

"Truly Impressed"
I recently tried out the DNA My Dog service from International Biosciences, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The customer service team was quick to respond to my emails and super helpful. The results came back way faster than I thought they would and were totally believable based on how my dog looks. (They had no clue about this since I didn’t send a photo.)

I’d definitely recommend them without a second thought.

"Great conclusion (even with a rocky beginning)"
I reached out to International Biosciences today since my test results hadn’t arrived within the promised timeframe. Apparently, there were issues with emails not getting through, even though they tried hard to get back to me. The assistance I got over the phone was absolutely top-notch, and I got my results quickly through another email. Big thanks for the awesome customer service!

"Fantastic Support"
Awesome service! The support crew was top-notch. I got the DNA kit for my partner's ancestry, and we received the results along with a gorgeous big map of the world showing her ancestral background in a little over two weeks. I had ordered the same kit from another popular site, and it took them 12 weeks just to send out the sample kit! I’d definitely suggest going with these folks.

"DNA Test for Dog Breeds"
I just tried out a dog breed DNA test and honestly, I was pretty let down. I own a small dog, and they claimed she’s got some American Staffordshire Terrier, Bloodhound, and Saint Bernard in her. I asked them about it, and they insisted it was right, but I just can’t wrap my head around her having all those breeds. It feels really off, and to top it off, they haven’t replied to my last email.

"Dog DNA Test Review"
Had a fantastic experience with this professional outfit. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. I made sure to follow all the instructions in the kit and sent it back using a tracked courier, just like they suggested. The results came back super quick after they confirmed it was delivered.

I’d definitely recommend this company. I can only share my own experience, and it was top-notch, five stars all the way!
